additional parking is on the side of the streets They are scattered throughout the community. All parking spaces, except for single-family homes, are first come first serve. Any overflow cars will need to find a parking spot in the community. Overnight parking is allowed but not at the clubhouse.
pool heater & grill information:
pool heating is $35 per day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to check-in
pool heating stays for the length of your reservation or a minimum of 3 days
the heater system is on from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and the temperature is set between 80 f to 102 f degrees
(please note the pool takes a little while to get warm, and it's not a hot tub or a jacuzzi)
the pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function when the weather is near freezing
